Fire fighters were called to a vehicle fire in Carlisle in the early hours of the morning.
An appliance from Carlisle East fire station was mobilised at around 1am to the scene at Hillary Grove.
A spokesman said: "In attendance, crews discovered that one private vehicle was well alight, and they extinguished the blaze using one hosereel and one set of breathing apparatus."
