FIREFIGHTERS were called to a van fire on a Carlisle street.
The fire involved a Citroen panel van on Scotby road on Thursday evening.
A crew from Carlisle West fire station responded to the incident at 5.50pm and extinguished the fire.
A spokeswoman for Cumbria Police said: "Police were contacted at around 6pm on 26 February, by the fire service, to a report of a vehicle fire on Scotby Road, Carlisle.
"It was reported that a Citroen panel van was alight.
"The fire is not being treated as suspicious."
