Two fire engines called to 'large vehicle fire' in Lake District village
TWO fire engines were called to a large vehicle fire on Calbeck Common.
At 8:43pm yesterday , two fire engines attended an incident on Caldbeck Common, Caldbeck.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire Service said: "The fire involved a large vehicle.
"Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one main jet and a compressed air foam system to extinguish the fire and were detained for one hour."
