A clothing collection will take place this weekend to support the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
It will be held on Saturday, from 8.30am until 12pm, at Hensingham ARLFC, and has been organised by Jordan Mattinson.
He first started organising collections in 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic and the first event amassed more than 10 tonnes of clothing for the charity.
Jordan has continued hosting collections at Whitehaven RUFC and Hensingham ARLFC, and members from both clubs have helped out on the days..
Items that can be donated at the collection are: clothing, footwear, bed linen, curtains, bags, towels, CDs, DVDs and mobile phones.
