THE Great North Air Ambulance Service landed in the village of Dalston yesterday morning to attend to a medical incident.
With two paramedics and a doctor on board, the Helimed 58 landed at the scene at 9.58 am (October 5).
The patient was then transferred to the hospital by the ambulance service.
According to social media, the Beep Doctors and staff from Dalston Medical Group were also attended to the incident.
A spokesperson from GNAAS said: "Yesterday our critical care team was activated at 9.48am to reports of a medical incident in Dalston.
"We had a doctor and two paramedics on board our aircraft and they arrived on scene at 9.58am.
"The team worked alongside the North West Ambulance Service to assess and treat a patient before they were taken to hospital by the North West Ambulance Service, accompanied by our team," they said.
