AN award-winning family business in Wigton has launched a new service which the company say will allow expansion for the brand.

This month Twoey launched a brand-new service ‘TWO-EY TWO-YOU’. This service includes delivery, assembly, arrangement, and packaging removal of all their furniture items.

The well-established and highly reputable Twoey brand was originally the brainchild of engineer Mike Miller who made playthings and furniture for his young grandchildren.

It was decided to take Mikes designs to show at the London Toyfair in 1996 to see how the designs would be received and 28 years on from these beginnings the company has grown, with business acquisitions and diversification into teaching resources and outdoor furniture. Today, Twoey is run and owned by Johanne, her husband Paul Doherty and daughter Jessica Cleaves.

The exciting new ‘TWO-EY TWO-YOU’ service opens Twoey into new markets and will result in further expansion of their customer base.

This service will allow Twoey to work with childcare settings over most of the UK mainland to expand their current settings, or fit brand new settings with safe, tough products that will last a lifetime.
