The emergency services are dealing with a huge fire in a building containing "500 tonnes of loose hay".
Firefighters were called out shortly before 7.30am this morning to the blaze which broke out in the back of a steel-framed building on the road between Raby and Lessonhall, near Kirkbride, Wigton.
Such is the scale of the blaze four fire engines have been called out to the scene.
Officers using breathing apparatus and hose reel jets are currently attempting to bring it under control.
