COOKSON, Peter James (Cooky) - Liz, Agnes, Peter, Sarah and Simon, family of the late Peter James (Cooky) wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their heartfelt expressions of sympathy. Also for cards and messages of condolence and donations in memory of Peter to the Out of Hours Hospital Care received during their recent and very sad bereavement. A special thank you to Dr. Corrigan, a big thank you to Andrea and Raffa for the send off you gave Cooky and the support you have given to the family, finally, thank you to Sean Crilley for helping us through this sad time.
