McMULLEN, Gillian - Tony, Curtis and Jamie McMullen, Anita Forsyth and Anne Nicholson would like to thank all Gillian's family and friends for their love, kindness and generosity following the sad loss of Gillian. We would also like to acknowledge the outstanding care Gillian received from the staff on the Kinnier Wilson Ward Kings College Hospital London and at the Pilgrims Hospice Canterbury. A special thank you to Sam at the Pilgrims Hospice for making Gillian so comfortable, the staff at Marks and Spencer Workington, the players at Canterbury Dynamos, Canterbury Walking Football Club, Frostoms FC and St Joseph's Walking Football team providing such comfort to Tony. Words cannot express the love given to Gill from Chris, Hazel and Julie from Tarn Lodge, Simon Dean and Dave and Joan Bell.
