FORDY, David John - Sylvia, Simon and family of the late Dave wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and expression of sympathy following his sudden death. Thanks go out to all of the people Dave came into contact with during his years with the Brewery and later putting on outside bars. We especially wish to thank the Ambulance Service and Cumberland Infirmary staff in the Intensive Care Unit to which any donations will be given. A special thanks to Elizabeth Gough for her comforting service and Dick Scott for his kind words. We also send our gratitude and appreciation to Carlisle Cricket Club for the venue and food, Cochranes for the beautiful flowers and Ian Blair for all the arrangements, help and support during this very difficult time.
