BATEY, Florence Hilda (Florrie) - The family of the late Florrie Batey wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the cards of condolence and donations to the church. Thanks to carers, Suzanne, Avril, Mary and Megan whose care enabled Florrie to remain at home, as she wished for as long as possible. Thanks also for the care and attention of the staff on Willow A/B Ward at the Cumberland Infirmary where she spent her final days. Thanks to the Rev Edward Johnsen for a comforting service and to Andrew Wilkinson and staff at Co-op Funeral Directors at Murray Croft for the funeral arrangements. Sincere thanks to all.
