MACDONALD, Mike - Sheila and family of the late Mike would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their love and support and for all flowers, cards, letters and donations received, following their recent sad loss. Our sincere gratitude to Dr Daly and colleagues, Anne Harris, Macmillan nurse, the district nursing and rapid response teams and Hospice at Home for all the care and attention given to Mike and the family. Thanks also to Anne Avison for the lovely service and to Graeme Kennedy at Kennedy and Ferguson Funeral Directors for his help and kindness.
