BIRKETT, Martyn - Rebecca, Andrea, James and families of the late Martyn wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations to Oaktree Animals' Charity and St John's church, Blackford received during their recent bereavement.
