Local developer Story Homes has launched its new range of house types – The Story Collection – at Aspen Grange, with a number of prime location plots now released for sale at the north Carlisle development.
These new properties include a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes and will look out across the SUDS pond – one of the main features of the development which is surrounded by open space and offers good views for residents.
The available homes include the four-bedroom detached Hewson and Emmerson house types which are now available for customers to view at The Ridings development in Carlisle.
In total there will be eight new designs available to customers at Aspen Grange.
With 47 homes now occupied, Aspen Grange is developing a strong sense of community with young professionals, growing families and retired couples all purchasing homes there.
The development recently beat stiff competition to be named Best Residential Development in Cumbria at the UK Property Awards 2019.
Hayley Blair, head of sales at Story Homes, said: “Aspen Grange is a fantastic development in an enviable location. Although close to the town centre, the development has a rural look and feel thanks to the SUDS pond, the surrounding shrubs and planting.
“With spring quickly approaching, the ever-changing landscaping at Aspen Grange will soon become even more enjoyable for residents.
“These sought-after plots won’t be around for long so house-hunters will need to move quickly to secure one.”
Properties at Aspen Grange have well-proportioned interiors, with more space inside and out, as well as a high specification, fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors, paved patio area and turfing as standard.
The properties at Aspen Grange are priced from £209,950. For more information, contact sales executive Julie Graham on 01228 808244 or email Aspen.Grange@storyhomes.co.uk.
The show homes and marketing suite are open from Thursday-Monday, 10.30am-4.30pm.
