BIRD Raymond The family of the late Ray wish to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many messages of sympathy, cards, flowers and generous donations received in memory of Ray. A huge thank you to the staff at Moot Lodge Residential Care Home for their compassion and the exemplary care Ray received during his stay there. Not only did they support Ray but his family too. We are very grateful. Special thanks to Ian and Jenn Blair, Undertakers, for their professional services, support and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Ian for his speech at the Gathering on the Marr and later at the Crematorium, where his words were so personal to the family, especially to Moyra. Thank you to Julie and her team at the Duke of Cumberland who prepared and served a lovely funeral tea. Thanks also to Cochrane's for the perfect floral tribute. Finally thank you to all who came in such inclement weather to say their farewells to Ray. You were all such a comfort to us.
