LEWTHWAITE Allan Carole and family wish to sincerely thank everyone for the support, words of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations they have received in memory of Allan. Special thanks to June Hearsey for a beautiful service, to Vandella for the stunning flowers, to Greysteads for providing a lovely tea. A heartfelt thanks to Cumbria Fire Service for their guard of honour and the retired firefighters who acted as pall bearers and to all the staff at Holmehurst Residential home who cared for Allan this last fifteen months and finally to Claire and all the staff at Jill Glencross Funeral Directors for their guidance and support shown at this sad time.
