SMITHSON William Eric (Eric) Peacefully on Saturday 10th June 2023 at The Good Companions Care Home, Silloth, Eric aged 99 years. Beloved husband of the late Joan, dearly loved dad of Joan and Ian, dearest father-in-law of Linda and the late David and a cherished grandad and great-grandad. Eric will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. A Service of Love and Celebration will take place at Carlisle Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 22nd June at 11:00am, followed by a private family burial. No flowers please.
