SKINGLEY Victor Frederick Passed away peacefully on Friday 29th September 2023 aged 83 years. Victor, loving husband of the late Rita May. Father of Michael and Jennie, a special father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Victor will be sorley missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Funeral service to take place at 2.20pm on Tuesday 17th October 2023 at Carlisle Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations will be collected at the service.
