BELL Noel William (former British Rail employee) Peacefully at home, after a very short illness, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 12th October 2023, Noel aged 82 years. Devoted and loving husband of Jennifer, much loved dad of Lesley and her husband Mally and Chris and his wife Nikki. Adored and proud granda of Natalie and Jamie, Alex and Scott, Josh, Charlotte and Theo, a treasured pops of Esmaé, Jonah, Arabella and Isabelle. Noel will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Thursday 26th October at 1pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Noel to the Colette Team and Hospice at Home.
