BILLINGHAM Neil Matthew Very tragically on Tuesday 17th October 2023, Neil aged 51 years. Dearly loved son of Brian and Christine, adored brother of Paul and brother-in-law of Vicky, proud and loving uncle of George, Ella and Harry. Neil will be so greatly missed by all of his family, colleagues at ITV Border, his many friends and other colleagues. Neil was a proud advocate for mental health and animal welfare, and will be especially missed by his beloved dogs Walter and Figo who he adored. Funeral Service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Monday 6th November at 3pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Neil to Samaritans Carlisle and Oak Tree Animals' Charity.
