LYONS Noeline Peacefully on 31st October at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Noeline aged 87. Beloved mam, nana, great-nana and a much loved partner to Terry. A celebration of Noeline's life will be held on Thursday 23rd November at 2.20pm at Carlisle Crematorium.
