HARKINS Freddie On Tuesday 14th November 2023 peacefully at Pennine Lodge, Freddie aged 91. Dearly loved husband of the late Anne (nee Shaw). Loving dad of Brian, father-in-law of Valerie. A service to celebrate Freddie's life will be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Tuesday 28th November at 11.40am. No black is to be worn as requested by Freddie.
