STOUT Bernard Peacefully on Saturday 6th January 2024 at Greenlane Care Home, Brampton, Bernard aged 94. Dearly loved husband of Leiba, much loved father of David, Sue and Jennie, loving grandpa to James, Annabel, Oliver, Rory, Harriet, Helena, Jack and Maia and great-grandpa to Max. A life well lived. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Greenlane for their wonderful care and support throughout his time with them. A service of thanksgiving (bright colours only please) to be held at St John's Church, Houghton on Wednesday 24th January at 1.45pm following a private cremation. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, can be made online or at the service, to be split between the NSPCC and the Alzheimer's Society via bernardstout.muchloved.com.
