BELL Sandra On 15th January suddenly but peacefully at home in Carlisle City Centre. Sandra aged 69 years, beloved daughter of the late William McCullough Bell and Isabella Bell, formerly of Wolverhampton. Funeral service will take place at Carlisle Crematorium on Tuesday 13th February at 10.20 am. No flowers please, donations to R.N.L.I., The Salvation Army and The Great North Air Ambulance can be made at the service or online at www.georgehudsonandsons.co.uk
