PIERI Winifred Hazel Died peacefully aged 101 in her home on February 1st 2024. Wyn was beloved wife of the late Alfred and dearly loved mother of Michael, Roger, David and Susan, grandma, great grandma, mother-in-law and aunt. Wyn's humour, vivacity and indominable spirit inspired many. Special thanks to all relatives, carers, neighbours and friends who helped Wyn have a full life to the end. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St Bede's Catholic Church, Wigton Road, Carlisle at 12.30 on February 20th 2024, followed by Cremation at Carlisle Crematorium. Family flowers only please, with donations, if desired, to the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) can be made at the service or on line at www.georgehudsonandsons.co.uk
