PALMER Joan (nee Ostle) Peacefully passed away at home in Oxford on 6th March 2024 aged 85 years. Much loved wife of the late Lional Hugh Palmer. Loving mum to Tom and Julie, mother-in-law to Janet and Geoff. Devoted nan and great-nan. Will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
