Peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary on Friday 1st November 2024 (All Saints), Bernard, aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Monica, dearly loved father of Paul and Rev'd David, dear father-in-law of Rebecca, loved grandad of Alice, Tamsin and Isaac.Requiem Mass to be held at St. Margaret Mary's R.C. Church, Scalegate Road, Carlisle on Thursday 14th November at 1:00pm followed by interment in Ivegill Churchyard. Bernard will be received into church on Wednesday 13th November at 6:00pm. Friends please accept this the only intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if so desired to St. Margaret Mary's S.V.P.
