Beloved family man, sportsman & northern soul record collector. Richard, aged 76 years, a longtime resident of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on November 3rd 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on 9th November, 1947, in Langholm, Richard dedicated his life to his family, career, sport, & music. Richard is survived by his wife, Lynda, his three children, Chris, Laura, and Nico, and six grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of his life.

A celebration of Richard’s life will be held on Friday 22nd November at St Cuthbert’s Church, Carlisle at 11.30am.
