The summer holidays have begun and so it is time to hit the tourist trail.
Whether you've got an annual summer break booked or are picking up your passport to head abroad, the simple message is 'don't forget your barcode'.
There are thousands of parkruns that take place across the world every single week, whether you choose to walk, jog or run your chosen 5km route.
And if you're on a staycation, a new A-Z of parkruns has been released to help you explore new horizons - although we've added a few of our own homegrown Cumbrian runs.
With more than 540 parkruns in the UK, the guide covers the length and breadth of the home nations.
