A Russian billionaire's £40 million super yacht has sailed into Whitehaven.
The Lady M, owned by Alexei Mordashov, who was named Russia's richest man in November 2016, is currently berthed in the town's harbour.
Mr Mordashov, 51, is the main shareholder and chairman of Severstal, a Russian company which mainly operates in steel and mining.
He has an estimated worth of nearly £13 billion and is a friend of Russian president Vladimir Putin.
Interested crowds gathered on the harbourside to get a glimpse at the impressive 65m structure, which has three decks and a helipad.
Crew members cleaned the vessel, which arrived on Sunday night, while passers-by marvelled at its size and speculated about what it would be like to own the yacht.
The yacht, which has recently been spotted in Glasgow, Belfast and Greenock, is powered by two MTU 16V4000 engines and she has a top speed of 28 knots.
