A MAN admitted burglary and criminal damage when he appeared before a judge.
At Carlisle Crown Court, Adam Roper, 31, pleaded guilty to breaking into a garage in Waverton near Wigton where he stole bottles of wine and tools on October 14.
Roper also admitted damaging Nicholas Banks' Suzuki Splash in Fletchertown, also near Wigton, on the same date and causing damage to a Citroen Berlingo and a Toyota Yaris - both belonging to Mandy Nicholson - in Whitehaven between October 13 and 16.
Judge Peter Hughes QC ordered the preparation of a background report on Roper, of Langrigg, near Aspatria. He is due to be sentenced at the crown court on Friday May 6.
He was remanded on bail.
