A Workington woman has been jailed for 16 weeks for a series of thefts in the town.
Nicola Moore, of Milburn Street, also breached court orders banning her from entering certain shops.
The first offence took place on May 17 where Moore, 35, stole two bottles of gin and two bottles of vodka worth a total of £62 from Marks & Spencer. By entering this store she was also in breach of a criminal behaviour order (CBO).
Then on May 21 Moore stole two bottles of gin and a can of Martini worth £16.97 from Workington's Home Bargains shop. The CBO also banned her from entering this store.
She admitted all charges. As well as the jail term Moore was ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
