A WOMAN had two wedding rings, an engagement ring and a laptop stolen from her home while she went to the bathroom.
Police officers are investigating the theft, which took place at about 9.45am on July 5 in the Nealhouse area in Cardewlees.
While the 41-year-old's husband was taking their daughter to school, the woman noticed the front door was open and then saw a white man walking out of the driveway.
The suspect is described as having short brown hair that was shaved on the sides and was said to be wearing a black hoodie and black joggers.
