Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is in Carlisle.
He is currently meeting party supporters, alongside city candidate Ruth Alcroft, at the Royal Scot in Morton.
Speaking ahead of his arrival, Mrs Alcroft said: "It seems to me that we are in the election of a generation."

Mr Corbyn was greeted with cheers in the pub.
He lamented the weather - before joking that in Carlisle, people are used to it - and then told the crowds that "a win on Thursday is an early Christmas present on Friday".
Also standing in the Carlisle ward are: Julia Aglionby (Liberal Democrats); Fiona Mills (Ukip); and John Stevenson (Carlisle).
