Tragedy: Carlisle woman Janet McElrone Picture: Cumbria Police
The body of a woman found at the Solway Firth has been identified as a missing Carlisle woman.
A body was found near to Cummertrees, Annan on January 11.
She has now been formally identified as Janet McElrone, 51, of Eden Street.
A file has been prepared for the coroner.
