Coffee and a chat
A special coffee morning will be held for international women at the University of Cumbria.
The monthly gathering aims to help women come together and interact with all nationalities.
This month there is a special speaker, Jane Williamson from Days for Girls UK, who will be talking about the work they are doing to make and distribute reusable sanitary products to developing countries.
The meeting will start at 11am and will finish at 12.30pm
