AN EARTH tremor in Cumbria was detected by the British Geological Survey.
According to the organisation it happened on Saturday at 4.11am in the Irish Sea off Barrow-in-Furness.
It measured 0.8 magnitude.
The organisation has asked for people who felt it to fill in an online survey.
