AN AIR ambulance helicopter and mountain rescue were scrambled when an 18-year-old man appeared to have a seizure.
The incident happened on Tuesday at Stonethwaite - Keswick Mountain Rescue were called at 3.15pm.
A spokesman said: walking through Stonethwaite campsite when he appeared to suffer a seizure.
"A vehicle was dispatched to the campsite."
The man was later taken to Cumberland Infirmary by road ambulance.
