A CARLISLE man has been given a curfew after he breached a court order three times by getting in touch with a woman he was barred from speaking to.
Christopher George Grierson appeared before Carlisle's magistrates' court on Friday.
He admitted breaching a non-molestation order on April 2, April 23 and April 29.
Grierson, of Lediard Avenue, was given a 12-month community order requiring him to be under curfew between the hours of 8pm and 6am for the next 12 weeks.
The 50-year-old was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 in costs.
