A 59-YEAR-OLD Carlisle woman who admitted two assaults has been given a 14-week overnight curfew by magistrates.
Jane Wilson, of Millholme Avenue, Currock, pleaded guilty at the city’s Rickergate court to two common assaults on a female.
She previously denied the charges. The attacks happened on April 20 and March 8. Wilson also admitted threatening the same woman.
The curfew – from 8pm to 6am each day – is part of a community order. The sentence includes an order not to contact the victim. Wilson must pay the woman £200 compensation, as well as court costs of £150.
