A CARLISLE yoga studio is offering even more classes online so customers can continue to experience the benefits of their flow.
The Yoga Studio Carlisle moved its business online at the start of the pandemic and also offered free courses to key workers.
It is now offering 25 classes on Zoom every week, which must be booked in advance.
The classes are then filmed and uploaded to the studio’s on demand platform for customers to follow in their own time.
Studio owner Emma Scott wrote on Facebook: “Having to close is a blow, but our online platform is very established now and we’re super excited to bring some new classes to you all. Thank you for your ongoing support. We couldn’t do it without you.”
Beginners' courses that were due to start in the studio, have been rescheduled.
Customers will be updated following the next tier review on January 14.
