A CROWN court judge is to sentence a 45-year-old Carlisle man who has admitted two offences .
James Felton Queen, whose address in court records was given as John Street, Carlisle admitted possessing cannabis; and he also pleaded guilty to entering a property in Carlisle as a trespasser and stealing.
The address where this happened - on April 21 this year - was Cranbourne Road, Carlisle; and the goods which he took were phones and watches, on an unknown value.
After hearing an outline of the trespass and theft offence, magistrates sent that case to Carlisle Crown Court for a sentencing hearing on May 25.
In the meantime, they ruled that background reports should be prepared on Queen to help explain his offending.
For the cannabis offence, magistrates imposed a £100 , ruling that he will serve one day in jail in default should he fail to pay up.
