Two household waste recycling centres are set to close for essential maintenance.
The Frizington and Workington centres will close for set times while the work is carried out. The council have apologised for any inconvenience this may cause
A spokesman for Cumbria County Council said: "Due to essential maintenance, Frizington Household Waste Recycling Centre will open late at 12pm on Monday, May 24 and at 10am on Thursday, May 27.
"We ask that site users hold on to their waste until the site opens."
"Clay Flatts Household Waste Recycling Centre will be closed on Monday, May 24 between 10am and 2pm.
"We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause."
