Here are three lovely pets looking for a forever home in Cumbria.

In line with the latest Government regulations they have started to commence rehoming appointments.

TIP

Say a gentle hello to Tip, a 9 year old Labrador Retriever. Tip is an older gent who still thinks he is a young 'un, and who loves his walks.

Tip is shy and unsure of new people and experiences but with a knowledgeable and gentle handler, he quickly gains confidence. He may occasionally grumble to let someone new know if he is unhappy with them coming into his space, and his carers should always listen to what he is telling them.

Tip will need a quiet, rural home with a garden to explore. He will be much happier in an adult only home, and as he has been quite uncertain around some men, perhaps even a home with a female carer. Tip adores being made a fuss of and responds well to gentle handling. An adopter will need to ensure that visitors to his home follow their guidelines so that Tip does not lose confidence. Tip is housetrained. He can get quite worried when being left alone so would love his person to be around most of the time.

So we are looking for a very special adopter who can meet the required criteria.

Do you have that special home to offer this very gentle and loving boy?

MICKEY AND SIMBA

Meet Mickey & Simba - Oak Tree's latest duo!

These handsome lads are brothers and are searching for a new home together. We are looking for a home that can provide these 5 year old boys with outdoor access but would prefer an area away from busy roads as they aren't used to traffic.

Mickey and Simba would prefer a home with no other pets but they could live with sensible cat-savvy children. Simba is a confident lad and loves to sit on your knee for a cuddle. Mickey is slightly more cautious at first but once he gets to know you he loves to snuggle in.

Mickey & Simba are very large cats so will need a home with plenty of space for them to explore.

Do you have room on your sofa for these two snuggly brothers?
