A WARNING has been sounded about night time closure of the A75 between Annan and Collin this week.
Work has started at several locations yesterday which will go on to Saturday (May 29).
The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, for work at the Mouswald Junction, Carrutherstown and the A75 East of Collin.
A police spokesman said: "Eastbound traffic will be diverted from the A75 at Brownrigg Roundabout onto the A709 towards Torthorwald.
"Diverted traffic will go on the A709 through Lochmaben until Lockerbie where they will turn onto the B7076 before joining the B723 towards Annan - once the traffic reaches Annan, they will re-join the A75 via the B721. Westbound traffic will follow the same diversion."
