A 46-YEAR-OLD man has been fined after he admitted possessing a class B drug.
Dale Theobad, of Brisco Meadows, Carlisle, appeared at the city's Rickergate Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
He faced one charge of possessing a class B drug. The court heard Theobald had a quantity of cannabis in his possession. The charge related to an incident on June 5 at Carlisle.
Theobald pleaded guilty to the charge, and was fined £80. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34, and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
