A PRISONER has had his stay in jail extended after he admitted two charges of drug driving.
Billy Wildgoose, 27, of HMP Northumberland in Morpeth, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He faced two charges of drug driving - both at Workington on December 23 last year, one for driving on Diazapam and one for driving on cocaine.
Wildgoose admitted the charges, and was committed to prison for an additional 28 days in default of a payment of £300 in fines for the offences. He was also banned from driving for two years.
