A MAN has been fined after admitting a charge of being drunk and disorderly.
Andrew Scott Kirkpatrick, 45, of Ecclefechan, Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 15.
Kirkpatrick faced one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place — namely at Carlisle Railway Station on Court Square on June 16.
Kirkpatrick pleaded guilty to the charge, and was given a fine of £80.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £4 and costs of £85.
