Safety appeals have been issued to the public during a heatwave weekend.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service has appealed to the public for safety as Cumbria enjoys a weekend of good weather.
The fire service asked the public not to light fires or BBQs in rural areas or tents.
A spokesperson also asked the public to take litter home, ensure cigarettes are extinguished properly and Be Water Aware.
"Cold water shock can kill" they said.
