Cumbria Fire and Rescue were called to a vehicle fire in Rosehill this morning.
Firefighters from Whitehaven Fire Station were called out to the incident at approximately 5:45am.
The situation was dealt with quickly by the emergency services.
A spokesperson from Whitehaven Fire Station said: "It was just a vehicle fire.
"We arrived and put it out with the hose and breathing apparatus.
"We were only there for about 20 minutes."
